Who we are
About Ion Aquatics
Welcome to Ion Aquatics! We are a small, dedicated hobby farm born from a deep passion for the reef-keeping community. What started as a personal collection has grown into a specialized operation focused on providing high-quality, healthy coral frags to fellow enthusiasts.
While we are currently a small-scale farm, we are slowly expanding our systems and selection to better serve the hobby. Our mission is simple: to share the beauty of the ocean with you, one frag at a time, while maintaining the personalized care and attention to detail that only a hobbyist-run farm can provide.
Thank you for supporting our growth and being a part of our journey!

Arrive Alive Guarantee (DOA Policy)
At Ion Aquatics, we take great pride in the health of our corals and our professional packing standards. However, since we are shipping live animals, we offer the following protection for your peace of mind.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Requirements
In the rare event that your coral does not survive the trip, you must follow these steps to qualify for a refund:
* Timeframe: You must contact us on the day of arrival.
* Documentation: Clear photos are required to process any claim. You must provide:
* A photo of the coral inside the original, sealed bag.
* A photo of the coral outside of the bag (in a small container of tank water).
* Reporting: You can submit your claim through one of two ways:
* Text: Send your photos and order number to 262-352-4124.
* Website: Use the "Contact Us" form on our site to upload your details.
Refund Policy
* Coverage: If the DOA requirements are met, we will issue a refund for the price of the coral only.
* Exclusions: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the carrier.
* Carrier Delays: Ion Aquatics is not responsible for DOA cases resulting from carrier delays or "mechanical failures," but we will always do our best to assist you in those situations.
Tip: Never discard a specimen or take it out of the original bag until you have taken your photos. Doing so may void your DOA claim.
