Shipping Policy: Ion Aquatics

At Ion Aquatics, we prioritize the health and safety of your livestock. To ensure your coral arrives in peak condition, we adhere to a strict shipping schedule and policy.

Shipping Schedule

* Service: All orders are shipped via Next Day Delivery.

* Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Thursday only.

* Processing: Orders are generally processed to ship the next available business day after the order is placed.

Holding an Order

We understand that you may need to coordinate your delivery. If you require a shipping hold:

* Contact: Please call or text 262-352-4124.

* Deadline: You must contact us by 1:00 PM Central Time on the day your order is scheduled to ship.

* Duration: Currently, we cannot hold orders for more than a couple of days due to inventory and system constraints.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason:

* Deadline: You must notify us by 1:00 PM Central Time on the scheduled shipping day.

* Method: Please call or text 262-352-4124 directly to ensure the cancellation is processed before the package leaves our facility.

Note: Ion Aquatics is not responsible for shipments delayed by carrier issues, but we will work with you to ensure a fair resolution should any shipping problems arise.
